Jeneva is an experienced yoga teacher, writer and creative dedicated to helping you develop a yoga practice that works for you as an individual.
As an intuitive teacher known for her attentive and personalised approach, Jeneva tailors every session to you. Whether you’re completely new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking to deepen an existing practice, lessons are designed to meet you where you are.
Jeneva previously studied dance and performing arts and holds a Master’s degree in creative writing. She writes alongside teaching yoga, balancing creativity with wellness.

Jeneva practices what she teaches. Her daily asana, pranayama and meditation practices are an integral part of her creative process, so much so that she has begun a research journey exploring the ways in which such practices can help writers and creatives to spend more time in creative flow and less time procrastinating.
Jeneva has practiced and taught many styles of yoga from Vinyasa and Hatha to Sup Yoga. She was introduced to yoga before she could walk, by her mother, an Iyengar and restoritive yoga teacher and has been practising for over thirty years. She’s completed multiple yoga teacher trainings in India and taught internationally, bringing a wealth of experience to every class.
